HCSA takes the wellbeing of our event participants extremely seriously and we are taking every measure possible to ensure all HCSA event attendees feel comfortable and reassured.

This will involve:

• Proof of double vaccination to be required before entry (which can be evidenced via the NHS App or printed hardcopy certificate of proof)

Or

• Proof of a negative lateral flow test to be required within 24 hours of attending the event (which can be evidenced through text message, physical LFT test or the NHS App)

Anyone testing positive or showing signs of COVID symptoms prior to the event to be asked not to attend

While we can’t legally enforce the wearing of face coverings, we would encourage our attendees to wear a face covering throughout their visit, unless they are medically exempt.

The event venue is equipped with excellent ventilation systems and we will continue with stringent hygiene and sanitation measures throughout the venue, as well as regular deep cleaning.

We are also encouraging all event participants to arrive in plenty of time, with doors opening from 0830. Extra staff will also be employed to help manage the flow and movement of all attendees.
